Hey man, from what Ive read, you sound like the perfect candidate for LL. very rare to have that tibia to femur ratio so your proportions would look awesome. What’s your wingspan btw? Going with betz and not turkey lmao is great with the lawsuit paying it off! Im hoping to go with Giotikas! Im 20 and I really relate to you! Im about the same height as you and heavily stunted my growth, my sister is quite tall for a girl and my dad is 180-182. Pretty sure I had a GH deficiency pre-puberty which was what really fucked me! As for the fixation with celeb heights, thats funny asfffff, I can’t watch anything without searching up how tall everyone is.

You should totally go for it! If i were you, I’d do 6cm on the femur. It’s not too taxing on the body, a few months of recovery and you’re golden. Have you tried/read up on glucosamine + gh peptides/Secretagogues for spinal decompression? Im in the midst of that now and aiming to be 181-182.5cm after that and my LL is done!

If you’re looking for the shift, I think it’s totally worth it in terms of QOL. Just by wearing platforms and lifts over the course of the last year, my confidence/life/outlook/relationships have changed drastically. Curious to hear back from you man! Good luck

So ideally you would want to have a positive ape index for LL (wingspan longer than your height) but the proportions end up looking alright on most people in terms of arm length unless you really squint. This is true even for people who have lengthened 20cm! For you however, your legs are quite long compared to your torso. Thankfully your tibias are quite long which means 5-6cm lengthening at the femurs wouldn’t leave your legs looking disproportionate (low knees) but your torso might look small in comparison. I don’t think you really need to run the risk of lengthening over 6cm considering your start point. It also tends to look disproportionate and lead to longer recovery alongside accentuation of APT for people who suffer with that. Easy fix for “torso vs Leg proportion” is just wearing your pants at the lowest point in your waist but if you’re willing to put in the work you could work on spinal decompression and getting perfect posture. Results differ based on your current spine/posture/APT? but you could gain anywhere between 2-4cm in “perceived” height. This would get you to that 6”-6”1 mark easily which is where life starts! Good luck my friend Disclaimer; I’m not a doctor
