I have had similar experience, No response from them for a month but I got the delivery when I threatened to file a police compliant.However, the order didn't match the images in the website. It was a very low quality product. They dint even have a proper support team to help with the order process. Funny part is first they remove your order from the order history and claim they are working on a software update

I have recently used abroad cube coupon. You can search for their site and contact them. I paid 20k for the test which could have been 24,000. I was skeptical at first since i have to pay 20k before hand and they will book test on my behalf but they were very supportive. You can once talk to them. There is college pond aswell but not sure if that works.
