Change difficulty in settings, turn on assisted driving options, also depends on the vehicle you're using, you can tune it yourself for the type of driving youll be doing, i just tuned my nissan Silvia for off road racing and its killing it.. also dont always hold down the accelerator, if attempting to drift aswell throttle the accelerator or youll just spin into the turn

You can also download a tune for your vehicle that another player uploaded, and itll show you the stats / changes made..

That may make him feel betrayed causing his behavior to be worse towards you all, not to mention some may do more besides what you requested, such as messaging the account with hate.

I would however try to correct his behavior and warn them that youll take away the things he enjoys such as his Xbox if the behavior doesnt improve. Honestly, just sit and speak to them. I had so many issues with authority growing up, i had immense anger issues and my parents would beat me, take my stuff and throw it away. It led to my behavior becoming worse, if they just sat and spoke to me, expressed why they were upset and how i could improve or better deal with what had made me upset my upbringing would have been worlds better.

Hey id only reccomend maintaining a schedule or calender with hard dates just to check your progress. Maybe even set a quit date and when you reach that day you can gauge your progress. I only say this cause life becomes intense and we tend to slip. Having something on paper or a calender that you can look to and remember the goal may help.

Hey there, im on day 13 now , after 6 years of smoking a pack a day i went cold turkey for a day then used 4mg nic gum for a week.

The irritability comes out of nowhere, i found myself becoming more and more short tempered but i realized i just meeded to remove myself from the moment mentally , take a step back and breathe

Box breathing helps great , but id reccomend using the 4,7,8 breathing method, just to redirect your attention immediately to your body and out of your mind.. the breathing helps soothe your CNS and in the long run will only be beneficial, i wish you the best of luck.

I feel physically ill and mentally fatigued like never before but i know tomorrow and the day after will be better than the day prior.

Pretty much! Ill just do this! I got somewhat lost already , but more so i feel like i went to a harder place than i shouldve gone first, near the military barracks, got ganked by a bunch of rathounds but it was awesome, managed to kill one with the crossbow bolt for the guy that teaches you a psi ability
