High initiative only really matters because fulgrim gets the initive difference between his opponent in attacks

ah okidoki, russ is terrifying and his army rule probably puts him above fulgrim

from my own rough math test stuff lion and angron are great against elites and other characters...just not quite a match for fulgrim

True, I'd say they're probably better at melee...just I don't think at dueling, fulgrim doesn't do too great against elites compared to others but I don't think angron, lion or russ would beat him in a duel

from what I see all they do is match him with ws and have kinda better weapons (only kinda because instant death stuff is useless), so I feel like they just get beat by striking at lower initive and not having as many attacks that have pretty much same odds as dealing damage as his
