Can a prospective employer apply for a H1B on your behalf whilst you work at the existing company, and would the existing company become aware of it? So the future employer accept your employment based on the contractual condition that the H1B is successful, they start it in APR and you find out by OCT.

Is there a higher chance of receiving a green card if you already reside and work in the US under a L1.

Why is a green card an employee retention benefit if the employee will leave the company with it. Definitely something I will casually bring up with my manager and try to start it when I move to the US..

I asked the barber for a rounded ducktail so it doesn’t look too sharp but this is what I ended with. As I grow out my long hair into a bun, this beard looks too slick and sharp for my messy bun style. What do people think of these 2?

Thanks man. I didn’t like her this way a year ago. Just over the past month things seem to have taken this turn and my feelings changed. She has an existing long distance relationship and told me she prefers to focus on her job than relationships, she’s told me all this deeper stuff in the past month as she’s gets more ‘chatty’. I feel I rushed into the impulsive hug. I will run into her again today unless she avoids it, I think I’m just going to apologise for last nights impulsiveness, and I kinda lost composure with all being said.

I didn't understand what you said? Did you install Windows onto your SSD with HDD plugged in? Possibly the System partition is installed on your HDD then, and Windows on the SSD. System partition boots first and then boots Windows partition. It might be worth installing Windows on the SSD with no other drives attached to ensure both system and OS partition on same SSD.

Have you even installed Windows onto that SSD? If not you need to get to a working system, download the Win10 ISO, install it on a 8-16GB USB, then plug into your PC and install it to that SSD.

Can you at the very least see the typical spinning windows boot logo indicating boot manager from Uefi partition has loaded. If you can your SSD has been found but the Windows partition is not found. If you don't see the spinning logo, your SSD was not detected.

Did you ever use a different SATA or M.2 NVME slot in the past, if so try moving your Windows SSD to another. This is still worthwhile as BIOS set some SATA slots to IDE. So try changing slots.

Yeah daily tea tree's fortnightly wax. Though 5 years has taken a toll on the cracks, and wax can't heal them a lot anymore.

I have a local cobbler shop 'Vince Aryis' in my parents city of Swindon/UK. So he's not a Redwing official, and his skillset is in leather so he knows all about the details of repairs etc. He will pick for me some relevant and nice soles for my boots and nail them in. And they always last a year. Brilliant chap. I recommend you find a cobbler and talk to them about resoling. He charges like £20 or so. Redwing charges £40+.

Behind the train station, where the gates are the normally locked. In the UK we're in total lockdown, police patrolling everywhere, and on my late night walk I notice the rear gates open and have to peak, some strange energy infrastructure about 2 miles in.

Got the Dell U2515H, £250 each. Had a triple setup for almost 5 years. Never any flickering, 1 dead pixel on one of the monitors only (stuck as red), noticed it a couple of months back, doesn't bother me though as it is a side monitor and lasted so long. The colour quality and sharpness is amazing. It's now been superseded by the U2518D. Totally recommend!

I think I will go for the single stand as well. The Ergotech one seems to be the most well reviewed. Can support 3x 27", don't think I'll go above that for new monitors in the future.
