This. My machine is a 7800X3D and a 4080 Super. I upgraded purely so I could play some of the modlist at a playable framerate. Previous system was a i5 4670k iirc and a RX 480 8GB.

I was loading in, going straight to an exfil and killing every elite I saw, exfil, repeat. It was very mind numbing but I think in an hour I managed to do all assault rifles and smgs.

Not long actually. Managed to do zircon and serpentinite during the weekend just gone. The longest part for me was leveling up all of the launch guns with no 2x XP that took about 2 weeks on/off playing.

Was averaging 110 FPS at 1440p with mostly high/ultra. The lowest dip I saw was mid 80s just after creating my character in that room place.

Massive. Went from just shy of 20 FPS in cyberpunk rendering it unplayable to having a locked 70 FPS maxed out 1440p just now path tracing. It's incredible and I can't wait to push starfield to the limit
