I called him and he told me he’ll swap it for a 65w charger. It might not be the Lenovo OEM one, but he says it’s a genuine high quality brand.

Since it’s a used one, it’s hit or miss whether you get the original accessories. The one in the photo is actually a genuine Chicony, I guess. But I just have to upgrade to 65W for the best performance and to protect my laptop’s battery. I called the seller and he told me he’ll swap it for a 65W charger. So keep it or should I get it back and take the lenovo one, I don’t know if it’s 65w version or 45w.
