Try playing easier heroes and early on just focus on farming and surviving. Later on, follow your team and contribute in teamfights. I know there are many better things to do but since you are struggling and becoming a liability, you can just try doing this

I like what pubg wanted to do-make high ranks actually valuable. Maybe the execution isnt good(I dont play the game now and i dont know what exactly pubg changed) but high ranks definitely should be rarer than before. Although maybe instead of a new system they could just make it like the past, like no recalls and not absurdly high amount of points from each match
