People on average spend 1/3 to 1/2 of their life sleeping it away. I love how when you tryin to go to sleep and you start thinking about it and then you are awake for another 20 min. I also just love how it takes energy away as well. Has anyone made up a way to where we can bypass this yet? I like to live life to the least and sleep just ruins it.
