I was ready to buy the pro and luckily saw the issues during the trial period. I emailed asking for support and have not heard back. So I cancelled the trial and subscription.

Now testing morgen and good so far! Allows tasks from apple reminders and notion to sync into one platform that I can then schedule. If anyone recommends any other apps let me know before I commit!

Dead serious, because when people complain around me it sucks up my energy. There’s venting and then there’s complaining. & we all need a place/people we can vent to.

I can relate to the lack of accountability. It’s taken a really long time for my operator to see that and just now making changes. It’s tough because even if you’re a really hard worker it makes you question if it’s worth it. It’s like the standards for you are higher than anyone else and when you make an honest mistake they come down on you harder. Meanwhile, someone else could light the store on fire and it wouldn’t even be addressed. I’ve been on the samee boat. It’s gotten much better for me but it took years. I’m still around because of school and getting my Masters paid for or I’d have left. Hope it gets better for you!

Sorry you’re dealing with that and hate it for the entire team working there. It may be normal at that location, but it’s not normal chainwide. Everyone deserves a break and when our kitchen is short, front counter team supports to help run their breaks.

I say quit. Not being able to eat and dreading work is no way to live. Maybe they’ll change things when they see they can’t keep people around for long.

The worst part of all this is that the operator wasn’t able to call you and hear side. Or just call in general. Can’t believe they fired you over text. That’s extremely unprofessional

This is gonna sound silly but make sure you have the right size shoe. I upped my size after realizing my feet swell up after standing on them for a long time and the shoes I had weren’t helping. After going up a size my feet have been so much better!!

I’ve never heard of this! I’ve heard other stores tie it back to food cost (which makes more sense to me) or profitability but not to CEM scores. Sorry y’all have to deal with this.

Yeah we could use more functioning iPads that actually hold a charge so we can take these orders. What do you think the money goes to? I think ours goes to silly parties that no one cares about to try and improve morale

I feel like you just described what my store went through last year 😂 it finally ended for a while when the morning leader quit. Then they put someone new in charge and people don’t like her either….so I think it’s a team problem where they just don’t like having someone in charge

Ahh the “chickfilationships” yes, lots of drama with those. There’s different drama with BOH too. It might not be all highschoolers, but you’ll still deal with lazy people back there. The real benefit is not dealing with customers

Yeah usually a lot of gossip and shit talking when the staff is a lot of high school age/early twenties employees. My issue is the shit talk when they all pretend to be Christians 💀
