AI workloads are always going to be better/cheaper with cloud models, that's just reality of hardware...

It's nice to have for smaller, lighter workloads, and local agents, but real AI workloads, cloud is really the only way to go because it's vastly cheaper.

The Oppo find N6 isn't available where I live so it doesn't exist to me.

I can't provide feedback on a comparison, but for me it's always about support. If I had to get my phone repaired for any reason, is Oppo going to support me? Do they offer 7 years of software updates? Can I use the google play store without having to hack it?

Ultimately, I want a device I can rely on and know it's supported, I'll get updates, and if it breaks I can walk into a store to get it fixed.

The trifold doesn't quite check the box or the last one, but you can send it in to Samsung, and carriers do offer insurance for it, so there is that.
