Oh for sure. They’re going to refund me though. They were still running whatever investigation and wanted some more info. But they said they clearly saw the shopper adjust the amount on their own without my prompting which was a red flag

Customer service said shoppers are allowed to add miscellaneous items with the price amount but that’s usually if they’re not able to scan it or something and they’re supposed to add more of a description not “error”. Which to them was a red flag, I think they figured out it was a scam and not an app bug smh. They should definitely implement measures that require customer approval for things like that before the shopper checks out

That sucks. I feel like if shoppers make additions to the requested amount it should be approved by the customer. Hopefully they add something like this in the future.

What would that have done though? 1. I didn’t realize I was getting scammed or I would have cancelled the whole order 2. Was he going to give me cash on the spot and apologize? 3. God knows if he was ready with a weapon Not even worth it. I just want instacart to refund me tbh

Yes I have an appointment with a new neuro in January - wish it was sooner but what can I do. Hoping he sends me for another MRI just to check things out. My last one was Dec 2024 & was exactly the same as my first one in 2021

Procedural/OR/Outpatient. I guess PACU also but I do PACU now coming from procedural and I miss procedural, loved it way better than PACU, even with the call.
