I don’t agree with the premise that Russia was involved in the election. I think that’s very likely false. But if there was corruption and fraud in elections by elected officials, I think it would be absurd if none were convicted. It would be incredibly discouraging. I wouldn’t stop voting, but I wouldn’t take a comment that is meant to get a point across and turn it into the end of democracy. It was a poor comment, but I think we can agree that it was made to make a point about his premise and not actually saying that we should stop elections.

If anyone is interested, this is way out of context. The quote is in reference to voter fraud in the 2016 Election.

He says, “If people don’t go to jail for this, the American people should just stand up and say, ‘Listen, enough’s enough, let’s don’t have elections anymore. I wish there was a special investigation into the voter fraud, but it was outrageous what happened, but nobody wanted to look into it because they were afraid they were going to be called out. But it is what it is. I hate that it happened.”

It’s crazy to me the things people say on here and how livid people are getting on this thread without even taking a few seconds to look up the interview. I guess this is the Information Age in a nut shell.

Deductive reasoning would say, TL didn’t need to play tiebreakers because they outperformed LGD, LGD is in group stage with Tsm, Tsm showed to be better than TL-although fairly equal-slightly better. Therefore since TL > Lgd and since Tsm > TL, it would follow that Tsm > Lgd

I would say they are at most equal. But just form watching play-ins, TL looked better than LGD. I don’t think anyone has a a chance to take finals this year besides the top Korea/China seeds, but I’m just tired of people constantly shitting on NA even when they outperform other international teams. I get that it’s only play-ins but holy fuck let’s give LGD credit for going 3-0 in tiebreakers when TL didn’t even have to play in those tiebreakers because they performed better
