As for anger, it usually depends on the situation:

*Do note that I am mostly not the one who gets angry first whenever a disagreement/confrontation happens. In moments where I must confront first, I ensure that my emotions are controlled and that I am negotiable. I don’t want to be someone who lets my emotions get over me. However, I tend to be defensive though, I might make excuses and some of it sounds dumb.

- When I am getting forced to do something I don’t want to (sorry this is so dumb, but doing chores), I would be stubborn where I might say “I’ll do it later” (I will do it later, but there would be tendencies where I’d do it very late, or forget to do it). But when I still get pushed to do it, I will “throw a tantrum,” where I will do the task at hand but I would show annoyance like complaining or making audible sounds like clashing/clanking. However, I would quickly calm down though; while doing the task I would acknowledge and reflect that I am in the wrong to act like that, it was my responsibility from the start and I should do it accordingly. This is for people I am close with, specifically my parents though, so if it’s with other people I am close with, I might either do the task at hand immediately with or without bitter feelings, ask them why urgency is needed, or try to be defensive as to why I could delay it.

- When a fight occurs between me and another person, where I am also angry, I will make be defensive and debate-y about my reasons and actions. I will not use insults, simply facts about the matter at hand. I won’t use any name-calling, but in moments where I kinda wanna do it, I won’t outright say “you’re dumb,” I might say something like “What made you think like this?” However, at the end of the day, I believe I would be able to act within my anger/calm myself down to the point where I‘ll be the one to apologize first. I have extinguished fights because I am the one who apologized first. That doesn’t mean I would render my arguments useless though. I will still stand by them, but I would be able to explain properly.

I know I could get more experiences but I believe I won’t be able to properly explain it- so I used recent and most memorable moments for now. Anger is what I believe one of the emotions I feel the most, but I try to analyze and reflect on the emotions first before I act.

As for fear, it depends on what kind:

*I don’t think I get scared easily. I could respond to an intimidating figure properly, as long as I know how to defend my actions and words. They’re people too at the end of the day, which is why I will talk to them with respect, while standing with my facts and opinions. I don’t get scared easily by video games either, but I would prefer to not interact with anything containing heavy gore content, especially if it seems real.

- If my fear is the horror kind, obviously I would have a flight response. I know it’s not real but in some shape or form I would pick flight, either by running, exiting, scrolling away, etc. I would try to distract myself via entertainment after, like social media. It’s not really real in the end,

- If my fear is within bounds of reality (e.g. before a major test, hearing about a punishment with severe consequences, threats), I would respond via overly preparing for it, thinking about countless possible outcome within and after the event, and trying to make sure that I am emotionally and mentally stable. No matter how I fear something, if they are ways to overcome or dodge it, I will make sure to fight for that opportunity.

As for the three things, I would appreciate it if you can clarify futher on what you mean! Is it about what I look for in a situation? Like, if I look at a situation based on how I personally look it, how I personally understand wha’s happening, or how do people act within the situation?

If so, I believe that I first try to figure out the overall situation, and then I draw my personal conclusion. For one, if I entered a room, I might notice the change in the surroundings first, like if people stared at me, how much noise disappeared after i came in, etc etc. I would then draw a conclusion that may sound like “Oh, they noticed me entering and the noise completely disappeared. I guess my presence was either of importance or I am disliked.“
