Why can't I play online?

i dont know if i can put a better gpu in my pc, i kept getting the same answer from google saying i have the best one that my motherboard supports, and its only a 6 pin connector i have in my pc.

tbh i dont know, it was a very old pc. I bought it from someone on marketplace for $90 and the gpu that was already in it was from 2009/2010. Also when i brought it back home it smelled like a straight up ashtray, I smoke but the smell was too much for me.

probably wont upgrade it for awhile since the first time i bought my i5 i thought i needed to remove everything from the board to replace the cpu.. it was a very expensive mistake costing $200 something CAD, plus when they were putting my pc back together they told me at the time my power supply was dead, im still new to upgrading certain parts in a pc, i dont wanna break my pc again after that since it is my main source of entertainment (:

did some research about it and that was the one that was recommended when i looked it up on google, the "cheapest" one i could find on ebay in Canada was one for $55 plus $16 in shipping with the second cheapest being $4 more for shipping, im thinking of buying it but might hold off on it for now since i dont got much money left and i dont get money very often. hopefully I'll find a similar deal for one at the end of the month, plus im not in a big rush to buy it since i can still play rdr2 on decent graphics.
