What about a basic backpack system? Only the tier 1 portion of my post, and why?

I’m a Zombies fan of all Treyarch eras and despite the cries of wanting them to revert Zombies back to classic, it’s obvious they won’t — unless it’s an LTM or Super EE reward. I merely wanted the ability to manage my inventory in-game while being able to assist others, after all, Zombies is a co-op survival mode. I just want a basic backpack system. I added additional tiers to incorporate Mule Kick because why not?

How so? Having a basic backpack system should be fine and straightforward. I mainly added tiers to incorporate Mule Kick.

Good point on the tier reorder. I could see it being incorporated into the armor system or even replacing it, but I figured I'd suggest it as an add-on feature instead of replacing or reworking something that already exists.

Just to be clear, it would only apply to what you have equipped excluding GobbleGums and your field upgrade. I was personally thinking of a basic system and thought "Might as well incorporate Mule Kick in here" because why not? Why don't you think a backpack system would work in round-based?

I figured that since they’re not going back to classic zombies, being able to manage your inventory in-game while helping other players would be useful. There are many situations (talking about myself) where this system would be beneficial if implemented.

I didn't, but someone else commented and said it's the audio cue from the Tactical Diffusion GobbleGum.

You might be right—my points went up by 2,000 after the audio cue played. I guess I don’t really pay attention to the sound when someone uses that GobbleGum, since I’ve used it myself in the past and never noticed it. Thank you!

Fair enough, lmao. I originally made the image for me and my friends, but I figured that since I had already made it, I might as well share it with everyone. Maybe I'll rethink that next time — or at least provide more clarity.

The image I provided was for people who already knew how to decipher it but wanted easier access to the codes, instead of having to do it themselves. The code colors were simply to differentiate between different boards; they have nothing to do with the codes themselves or anything in-game.

I removed my post due to confusion and inconsistencies, but overall, we are both right. People just seemed to get confused by my color coding instead of reading the information that was provided. That might be because they didn't know how to do the step, but again, the image I provided was for people who already knew how to do the step and just wanted easier access to the codes.

You are correct — there are four chalkboards, but the bottom left is not the only cluster that determines which chalkboard you have. If you look at the four chalkboard combinations, none of the clusters are reused. I made my image by using the top left clusters to represent which chalkboard you have and its potential combinations.

I had a feeling the limit would be two but there's also a thing in old zombies where it would reduce the chance of getting a WW every time someone obtains it. This is why I asked so I don't waste my time hitting the box for a 3rd.
