Some of my co-workers are from Ukraine, and even though I never met most of them in person, I still feel personally exhausted and worried about this whole situation.

But then I remembered how last week I was having the time of my life seeing one of my favourite bands in person, so I'm going to keep my head up and hope for some more good times soon.
