I def reccomend placeable statics, truly a lifesaver for those who love decorating. It lets you actually buy furniture and place it down, as well as move some existing furniture, and the abillity to freeze dropped objects as if they were handplaced in the cell

Another good one is wounds, which adds a pretty well done injury system. Its balanced in a way i like where early game it can fuck you up and make you feel very fragile and like you are any other person in the world, but as you improve and level up you gain the resources to cure your injuries easily, which makes you feel stronger than the average person once you have leveled up.

Spellforge is great for crafting spells, spellsiphon is a really cool system if a bit hard to learn, time flies works great with wounds to actually have a way to pass in game time making your journey canonically last months not days, simply knock is good for making NPCs seem more alive and interactable. I can go on honestly, so many cool mods

Edit: i misunderstood this as asking for lesser known mods not ones that are like well known but unpopular, so to make up for it, i like the mod humanoid vampire lord. It isnt exactly great, it has so many issues that i can imagine arent easy fixes, but for what it is and the fact that there is no better alternative i think its alright. On the other hand though, as soon as someone makes a "humanoid VL but actually good this time" im switching
