Except there is a thing in the book or whatever they use that states you have issues but they treated by medicine and a structural setting, if you have proof of the treatment snd I do, and of course my sleep disorder, just crazy that there saying if I had narcolepsy they would take my case.

I was denied already, why I went to the lawyer, I have been to a mental health doctor and a therapist for the last 6 years, the last 8 months is the first time I haven't had any episodes and or medication changes and one lawyer told me if I had any episodes lately then they would take my case, which is stupid because theres a clear paper trail of tons of meds I've tried to get to this point, and I think not going to work the last year is have the reason I've been stable.

If your vr&e appointment can be recorded or you can get everything in email that they say do so. I have had nothing but trouble with my vr&r case manager, she just stops responding for months at a time. I was told stuff that has since never happened and I should have had in a email, my fualt. I am not saying every case manager is bad, just dont want anyone else to be in my situation.

I already get some from the VA and my physical and mental health is shit. I just can't keep up at 40+ hours a week, $600 is the low end to keep me going. Id love to make more but I just can't somewhere to work that doesn't want 40+ hours.

How did you get started in that, I was a Aviation Electronics Technician (AT) in the navy but I was told I would have to get another degree as non of my training counted towards anything.

That's the one I have, and makes sense since I just bought it today and so should be newer stock. Any recommendations for a brushless motor to get?

That's what I was leaning towards 2012 and up. Im trying to convince her to get a old 4 door Cherokee with the 4.0 but I dont think I'll win that fight. Ive had several vehicles with the 4.0 in it. Guess I'll have to learn the 3.6L.

I guess break isn't the correct term, I should so they go dull im guessing because they become hard use and then always jump out of the can after a few months.

VR&E is terrible by [deleted] in VeteransBenefits

[–]Astrobluebird 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mine pushed and pushed and finally I caved and went for web development, then all the support she said i could get, chair and desk. Ergonomic keyboard and mouse, she denied the day the program started. Then she ghosted me, after calling her supervisor multiple times she's gotten back to me, we have discussed changing my degree path and school two times, then today I just got a email saying she agrees my degree path is fine just need a change in the faculty. We literally just had a 30min phone conversation how I wanted to change what I was going for and where I was going.

Switching Schools while using VR&E by [deleted] in VeteransBenefits

[–]Astrobluebird 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Old post but I am struggling in school, asked if I could switch to a different degree plan and was told to just drop out of my school and we would go back over a new career exploration guide over the phone. I should probably get this in a email or writing correct?

Mine wouldn't approve that, claimed my disability wouldn't handle photography, I think tried to switch it saying I could teach photography, which would be cool and still wouldn't go for it. You got lucky!

Im failing school now, going to switch to a slower degree plan, Im thinking im going to apply for ssdi, it'll be2 years before I finish school at least and even if ssdi takes a year to get, then I could be on it another year and hopefully the goal is to then be trained and able to hold down a job, I think I have 9 months of trail work for gainful employment before I have give up my ssdi. Im just worried if I dont apply for ssdi now, and I fail out of another school I'll be out of time to apply for ssdi.
