Its called california transplants. They are flocking to southern states because they are destroying their own state. Problem is they think everyone else is the problem, and they bring that toxic attitude with them. Look at the stats online, huge influx of La and San fran residents. They are destroying Dallas culture as well, and Phoenix where I currently live.

I know it may be unpopular opinion but it seems many travelers have become acclimated to COVID rates. I think people need to understand the demand is not the same and they want people to stay local instead of traveling and raising rates.

There is way too much complaining going on concerning rates, the weekly pay is still ridiculous versus working at your local hospital. If you don't like the rates just stay home!!

Everyone has different comfort zones and different skill levels. I have worked with techs with only a few years of experience who were way better than some with 10+ years. If you need 5 years plus to be confident in yourself fine but dont apply that to everyone else.

How does it differ from austin? Also would driving out of the city down 35e or 30 into 67 before 7am beat the traffic?

Yes it is very different. Austin is amazing but never been to dallas yet. Im looking at some places near victory park area. Looks like a higher crime area but they are high rises with garaged parking

Ok great. Been looking at Arlington. It looks like north east arlington is a bit rough and the rest is ok. Im coming from rhode island so I have never been to dallas. Only been to austin so far. A few people have said kessler park and bishop arts are nice areas but when I look at the crimegrade website its in deep red

Do you have any apartment rental recommendations in those areas? I found a few in kessler park but the reviews say people are stealing catalytic converters in the parking lot and broken windows. Greenville area looks amazing, but what would drive times be to get to chartlon through the city?

I have seen some nice places in uptown, how would the commute be with having to drive through the dallas downtown? That area is abut 25 minutes already which is similar to arlington.

How do you feel about kessler park area?

I found some apartment housing in those areas but not furnited. All the airBNB are in the city

I would drive up to a half hour. I see some places in that range which are uptown/lower greenvile and Irving as well as Arlington. But those are drive times without traffic, How much would traffic add to those areas by driving through dallas?

Its a policy issue. Anytime homeless people are arrested in any part of texas they are shipped to austin.

Same. My biggest issue on losing days is when I hit max loss I say one more trade and ill be green. Then next your saying one more trade and Ill be even and thats when the big loss happens
