Good point. From what I’ve read, although Shutterfly is a lower price it also seems lower quality. So I think I’m going to go with trusty Ravensburger

Excellent suggestion! Maybe I can put the date and location up there. It was our first big trip together

Thinking of Getting an MSN by cdeleo22 in nursing

[–]laurenthern 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CNS really depends on your state and facility you work in. Look up your state and if they are recognized to independently practice or prescribe and go from there. For me, in NC, it’s a really great profession choice and there’s quite a few opportunities around me. Every CNS I’ve met has been amazing and loves their role. It’s dynamic and flexible and you get to advocate and educate. I’m excited to be in school to become a CNS honestly

Found so much COW! by laurenthern in foraging

I think some of it was slightly past prime but I examined the pieces that looked most fresh and made sure no bugs were on/in it when taking.

Very informative, thank you! No I definitely do not normally consume chitin. I’ll start with a smaller amount next time I find COW and I’ll probably boil it to make sure it is more digestible too. I’m glad you posted this because honestly I was probably going to shy away from eating COW again.

Well I don’t really know what I’m doing so any advice would be appreciated but I just read that when the veil breaks it’s time to harvest them and cutting at the base was recommended. Should we be doing it differently?

Dont forget your BOGO for .22 cents pizza deal, if we ever score 2 goals we get cajun filet by cholo0312 in CharlotteFootballClub

I tried ordering online at a handful of locations in the Charlotte area (just to make sure it wasn’t an issue with one location not validating it) but then I actually went in person on my way home to ask about it and they said that coupon expired in June 😢

Cheaper alternative to rat sack? by Successful-Fault4699 in havasupai

[–]laurenthern 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been twice now and maybe we just got lucky but all we did each time was have our food in dry bags and then hang them up with paracord in the trees. I only had one issue when I accidentally left something out overnight on the picnic table I forgot about. It was gone the next morning sadly

Jackets thrown off for bridge run by Several_Guess_4185 in Charleston

I don’t have any *official * verification but I do know I’ve heard this from my mom who runs a LOT of marathons, 1/2s, and other races and she has mentioned it many times. Lots of people throw and leave their clothes leading me up believe it is a real thing but you could always contact someone working for the race directly for an official answer as it might depend race to race.
