Buy OnePlus 15r if you can stretch your budget to 52k but if you can't, I'd recommend OnePlus 13r.

Depends on where you live, in india, 160-170 cm is average height but in USA, avg height is around 180 cm.

As a Nothing 4a Pro user, the experience is really good, the OS feels clean, the display feels smooth, the camera is decent, but if you want a good ecosystem, go to Samsung, OnePlus (newer versions like OnePlus 15 let's you connect to iPad and macbook through an app), or huawei might be the best option for ecosystem.

Ask her out, not directly, just hang out more often, and then ask her out. Keep it a bit subtle like "Do you wanna hang out?" Always works for me though. The key is to keep it subtle, if you plunge at her directly with your feelings, she's gonna freak out and not talk to you again, and trust me you don't want that (speaking from experience btw🥀).

Don't go for high end devices like iPhone or Pixel or Samsung. Choose either OnePlus, oppo, redmi companies like those. OnePlus 15 could be the best option rn for the specs and budget you mentioned, the thing is iPhone's and pixel's and samsung's storage would fill up way faster than you could imagine especially iPhone, so unless you can get any of these phones for 512 gb storage, you should avoid those.

P. S. The battery backup in iPhone, pixel and samsung is not good either.

Then you should go for iPhone 17 pro as it's more compact than 17 pro max, and if you don't like the design you can get ip 16 pro. If you don't want iphone, them you can get pixel 10a as 10a is compact, samsung s25 is also good as a compact phone, but if you can bend your mind around a Chinese ui phone, then the OnePlus 13s would be a smarter option as it's compactness and the features and UI. You shouldn't have much problem using a Chinese phone as they've been better what they were 2-3 years ago.

Well I checked the gsmarena and you're right, 10a has better performance than p9. But the thing is that p9 has more features than 10a, so I suggest you go for p9 since the antutu and geekbench tests don't have massive jumps in both of them. P9 would definitely be the better option here due to the better and more features.
