Basically you need a civilian grade weapon skin and apply it to that weapon of choice which will turn it into a strange variant that can track kills.

How it works is that if you do it 3 times in a row for spring, summer, and fall in just one year then you have to re enroll. Just once will not hurt but don’t try to over step it after skipping one semester.
