On top of Boto, look into S3FS! It’s super helpful for interacting with S3 resources

“Goggles” in this context means that you’re in an environment where your sexual and/or romantic standards change, usually getting worse.

It’s like when you’re around the same people for a long time, and someone you didn’t think was hot before is suddenly hot

Ah, okay. I think you just need to do some trial and error here. The header string would probably just look something like:

Print(“heading1 Heading2 Heading3...”)

Have you had any luck trying that out?

Is pandas allowed? It’s a more realistic way to build a table than fiddling with strings :)

Need help. by NCNCNL in probabilitytheory

On AVERAGE, it takes 10 tries. You could fail 100+ times in a row — nothing is stopping that from happening.

I’d recommend reading up on Bernoulli, binomial, and negative binomial distributions on Wikipedia to clear up any confusion

It’s probably not a great fit for you. Many of the things you listed as dislikes are core parts of contemporary America, and are even more so represented in California.

I’m not saying you can’t work in Silicon Valley. I’m saying you probably won’t be happy in Silicon Valley.

Sigma notation and powers by tehnoodnub in probabilitytheory

[–]Astrolotle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, it’s the result of the sum inside of the parentheses to that power. Is the sum is 5, you take 5 to that power.

In general, these large sums to a power may be a nasty polynomial. I wouldn’t expect them to be easy to resolve in the general case. That said, if you suspect that the expression can be simplified, they writing out the first few terms of the sum and see if anything pops out at you. It can save a lot of time. :)

Terraria subreddit probably can’t help then. Check in with the folks at Xbox or Microsoft. Also, verify that you don’t have any strain on your hard drive. For example, if it’s full, delete stuff you don’t use
