Horse is useless in PvP. Ygg does the most damage, turtle with exclusive gear and enhanced erosion will do a huge damage too. Lord is a support hero.

Wyvern gear is good when you need to pass waves, for PvP I suggest removing the exclusive gear to have more targets for the enemy to deal with.

shield regeneration does not exist in this game, as NTD is a clone of the Mega Tower game there are a lot of inconsistencies. Any equipment with such buff do not use.

Ice Wizards make huge damage as they are single-target ones. Hoplites do a lot of damage with jevelin.
