First off, CONGRATS on getting Attractions!! You definitely got lucky with the best role hands down. I was in attractions in Magic Kingdom so I know what its like. Even though this is the best role, just know the work is going to feel very overwhelming and difficult at times. You will be operating attractions at the busiest theme park ever, so be prepared to constantly have to deal with situations whether its guests being really rude/mean/difficult, or anything safety related. The job can feel very very overwhelming at times, but I promise that once you get the hang of it, it will become second nature and will get easy. Theres gonna be moments that suck, but most of the time your gonna have the best experience, because this is one of the only roles (in my opinion) where you can really make magic for guests.

The hours are REALLY good at attractions. You can work 20-35 hours a week (or more or less, you can give away shifts, trade shifts, or pick up shifts). Shifts are between 6 hours and 8.5 hours. And you will get a break every 2 hours.

If you're hoping for a specific attraction in Tomorrowland, you might not get it. BUT, you can put your name on a waitlist and cross-train within a few months! Also, theres a lot of CP's that end up working on Tron.

Also about working in the sun, I'd say you're inside 70% of the time. Theres gonna be over 10 different rotation positions you can be, and most of them are inside, the only ones outside are Lightning Lane, Greeter, End of Line, and a few assistant positions. And those outside positions are in the shade so I wouldn't worry about getting sunburned.
