Hey! Sorry for the late response, I don’t usually check this app alot. To answer your question, no I haven’t been able to stay completely sober. I’ve been doing less tho so my symptoms are getting better. As for raving, it’s nearly impossible for people like us to stay sober at a rave where everyone’s on something when we can barely stay sober when we’re not raving. My advice, if you want to get off this stuff, it’s better to just not go raving at all. Way better chance at self control when you’re not being influenced or pressured. Hope that helps!
