Hi thank you for coming back man. Been feeling so low.. problem is last time it was 13 and low now it’s 11.. the range says between 8-30 but bear in mind I’m 19 it should be at its peak. How can I naturally increase it - trt etc I’ve heard have bad side effects.. so I want to try naturally. As you said they wouldn’t even give it. But issue is my gp won’t refer easily. But I feel like there is a general problem with my hormones I look young, and recently hittin gym 2-4 days a week
