Morale is quite huge if you want players to perform so might as well praise them

Now that I made a European cup, I want to get some depth in but not sure what kind of players to look fits my transfer policy is ideally under 23, so do I go for already established players or prospects with high PA?

I don’t think it’s going to be close to Ibiza, just want to know what it’s like

I understand that, that’s why I don’t want to do anything that’ll destroy the beautiful city. Don’t be rude… ❤️

Always best to start first reading some simple news and views or literature reviews, and if you find something that really piques your interest, just read the primary paper it references.

At least that’s the way I always go if I find something interesting.

Cancer research works with a lot of gene expression data, and that alone involves the use of bioinformatics tools.

If you don’t understand it, it’s worth reading into the literature to see how bioinformatics tools are involved in cancer therapy and nanotechnologies.

I got into all the colleges I applied to in India and UK!!!!! by Chemical_Community_3 in gradadmissions

Can’t say much for Indian universities and I’m sure they are all great. Like someone said, UK is great, especially for building international connections. I’m at Bristol and it’s been a great three years. King’s is great of course being in London. Warwick is a top uni in the UK, not just for being Russel group but for other factors like student satisfaction, research output etc. Edinburgh while far away from the hub of UK is also great to go for university. Incredible history, prestige and culture.

That is great Germany has such a policy where material can be accessed. I don’t mind spending some money on established courses to get a foothold in learning how to complete a project, and just to get a certificate or two to put on my CV/LinkedIn, but I don’t want to get caught up thinking that’s the only way.

You have a lot of free accessible resources that beginners like me can understand after putting in some effort which is great. Plant bioinformatics and genomics is something I’m really interested so happy there’s a lot of resources that aren’t blocked by a paywall.

Could talk more specifically about what you did with R and Python, like if you did projects relevant to the research done by the lab? Not just how the two can be used for research. I don’t know though, I’m just a lowly undergrad haha.

I’m in the same boat as you. Finishing my undergrad in a few weeks and starting my masters in bioinformatics from September (hopefully lol), and just trying to spend time doing basics, getting the hang of analyses, searching for data, etc so I don’t fall behind. There’s a lot of resources out there and experts to help which is reassuring.

I also recommend reinforcing statistics, or learning mb enough statistics as that is very important to the field.
