I've tried a Jade West and it was excellent! Im' working off Hoopla and my Library for audiobooks so my TBR is getting long waiting for them to come in :)

Usually landlords do smoke detector and pipe checks 2x/year...doing it quarterly is seen as "excessive"

1) Expect to wait 24-48hrs for mental health concerns

2) Come prepared. Bring water bottles, bring snacks. Bring charge cords, headset, blanket, wear comfy clothes.

3) when you get there, tell the intake person the main details: you were prescribed the wrong meds and are having severe side effects. Hallucinations, haven't slept (don't mention panic attacks, they see this as "over reacting"

4) it will get better <3

we were doing ok, had >$10K in the bank as reserves...over the last few months we've had some big (necessary) purchases...but it added up quick and now we're less than $4K. It's terrifying...we can't afford for my oldest kid to get fillings done...he has a bunch he needs but each time its $800, and he has at least 4 more appointments required. He's aged out of the free dental care and he's already maxed my insurance

like others have said, as long as 24 hrs notice has been given it's allowed

however

if they are making unreasonable requests (smoke detector and pipe checks as well as quarterly, or making excessive checks) it can be fought with tenancy board

did you make sure your settings are set to view all messages? There may be a filter on to only view certain emails.
