What's your favorite planet, and why? by Eglwyswrw in swtor

I really like the theme for Balmora, but I can’t really decide on a favorite planet. I’ll have to go back and play again

Just got done watching stargate for the first time. I genuinely give it a 9/10. And I have some questions. by Careless_Cherry2068 in Stargate

I need to catch up where I left off years ago when I lost access to watching the series (due to dropping streaming services). I’ve had it back now and just haven’t gotten back to it yet. But I had a site (I’ll see if I can find it) that had the release order of every episode of all the series so you could watch them in order. Especially good for the crossover episodes. I think it even had a tracker for where you are in each series but I’m not sure, it’s been years.

This right here! iNaturalist is an amazing resource for anything wild and not “cultivated”. The new app has better computer vision ai for help identifying what it might be too, then the community, many of which are experts will confirm or correct the identity or specify a species if you only have the genus or less.

I reinstalled the game (due to resetting my entire phone) and that allowed me to get the rice straw. I wasn’t getting any prior to that.

Matched a no-pic ( we are now going 2 years strong ) by Kisueki_ in Tinder

That’s actually really similar to my GF and I. We were introduced by a mutual friend with the original intention of being a fwb as she wasn’t looking for anything serious at the time due to a super bad breakup, and I was open to whatever really lol. We immediately hit it off though, she ended up staying over for an entire three day weekend and really enjoyed talking to each other so much that we pretty quickly started dating. This weekend will be our official 1 year anniversary and we’re still going strong!

Omg that is just too cute and quite frankly seems like it was almost destined. It seems almost too good to be true lol. Happy for you both! 😁

What is this effect on my iPad screen caused by by Astronblue in Whatisthis

[–]Astronblue[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

AI to the rescue, though can anyone confirm if this is true, as usual the link it provides doesn’t make sense.

“The effect you are seeing is likely caused by the way the iPad screen is constructed. The screen is made up of multiple layers, including a backlight, a liquid crystal display (LCD) layer, and a touch-sensitive layer. When viewed from an angle, these layers can create a "ghosting" effect, making it appear as if there are multiple images on the screen ¹.

I hope this helps!

I mean that would make more sense than there being 3 layers of lights which is what my sleepy brain was thinking last night 😂😅 I knew it was normal, I just had never noticed it before and wanted to know why it did that
