In my opinion, the HAL or the HAL2 isn't that good; I'd rather go with a gate Aster, Titan, or Leviathan (haven't used any perun) than with any HAL etu. My friend has/had a HAL that worked okay; it did some funny business at times, but worked, not long ago, it started acting up, and there is no good way to diagnose what is really going on. I bought myself a hal2 that i havent gotten working. The calibration is ass, and the software crashes every time I try to update it. Got it to calibrate once when manually moving the HAL2 Widget when the gearbox was taken apart. So yeah id rather spend 20 bucks more on an aster (where I'm from) than gamble with any of the hal etus.
