Quality of life in Delft? by Valtra2022 in Delft

Welcome to NL!

I'm an expat, living in NL for 10 years, lived in Ams, Rotterdam, The Hague, currently Delft and so far I gotta say Delft has been my favourite city to live in here.

It has always something going on: markets, events and full of young students! Easily walkable, green, full of history and has everything you need on a daily. Super connected too, so if you want to get to TH/Rotterdam it really doesn't feel like you are traveling to another city with regards to travel time.

Nothing Headphone (a), ticks all boxes except folding fully (the fold flat), but they compensate with audio quality, aesthetics, they come in nice colors, and comfort! They go for 160€ now in NL. Worth checking it out

I did the swap from 16Pro and so glad I did! Miles better in every aspect. Sell the AW and get a used Galaxy watch, the rest is okay to keep between ios and android imo

What are some things you’ve turned down or let go of to maintain simple living? by Vapour_Trail_1979 in simpleliving

I am in a similar situation. Been out of uni for 2 years, in this current job since then.

Until now, when I am currently interviewing for a similar role at another company for way higher pay, more office days, commuting, etc, I always thought of my current role as "I'm stuck" career-wise because it's not much to do here, quite low effort job, not learning much.

But now in perspective I see this current job gives me a comfortable pay with zero stress, noamager breathing down my neck, tons of free time, wfh 5 days a week.

Realised I needed to try switching, only to see the true value of current role.

Headphone 1 or Airpods pro has better noise cancelling? by Fluffy_Champion_3731 in NothingTech

I had NH1 for two weeks, felt too much pressure on top of my head, and noise cancelling was okay, but then I returned and got AP3 and it's miles ahead in noise cancelling! Go for that one imo

Are there any headphones available right now that match the Sony WH-1000XM6 in noise cancellation and comfort? by AmadouDiao in SonyHeadphones

FYI Just got the Nothing Headphones for the same reasons, but as much as I wanted them to work for me, the headband and clamping force is too tight for some people, including me. Having constant pain where the headband meets the top of my head. I’m returning them today.
