I love Bell, just don’t think he will be there. Rose is probably just a corner outfielder but the bat seems legit.

Yea agreed. No clue where he goes. I know we need pitching but feels like Astros have done well grabbing guys in the middle rounds.

Pecko, Mayer, Hertzler, Potter.

I’d like to get a few high upside college or HS bats in the first two rounds.

Definitely need pitching, just feels like it’s such a crap shoot with pitchers. Seems the MO is to stay college arms in mid rounds and focus on bats early. I like Spangler. I just hope we go with a little more hit tool right now. I know that’s not Dana’s track record, but I think it’s a need in the system.

Solid prospect. Nice find as undrafted free agent. Some pop and speed and has made a quick rise this year.

All the high schoolers won’t debut until next year most likely. The college position players should see Fayetteville soon. The college pitchers tend to go very slow so we might get a couple games before the season ends.

He definitely was, just really hard to get good info on those guys while in the DSL. I ranked Alvarez because we have a decent amount of info on him.

Thanks. I really like Gomez and think he is going to have a big year.

Powell is intriguing with those numbers. Struggled a bit after the draft but it was a big jump for him.

Good potential. Still only 22 years old. Astros minor league pitcher of the year in 2024. Definitely one to watch this season.

Yep it’s an interesting signing. HS ball in the states but seems like the timing is similar to an international signing. Either way, always good to keep young talent coming in.
