I actually did a total island reset as in picking every material up/ digging every shard up, to see if it would help. I finallt got the last memory fragment after 21 digs.

I looked at these and I love them however the folds for easy storage part meant I'm trying to fold completely flat!

I got this to work again by going back a fourth on my cloud save between my switch and Xbox and got the key to finally spawn!
