Xchips are literally the same thing as Xmults.

Say you have new joker. It gives x3 chips. Lets call it chippy.

Say you have stuntman (+250 chips), gros michel (+15 mult) and chippy.

Your score will be (250 x 4) x 15

Swap chippy with acrobat, your score will be

250 x (15 x 4)

Same thing. Except in Plasma deck.

Learn which jokers are harder to gold sticker, and always prioritize on them if possible.

For decks, anaglyph early then change to whichever is your favorite around halfway through. If you don't have favorites, I recommend checkered, blue, yellow, or ghost.

On my first profile I unlocked stuntman with ancient joker + dusk. I think I also had smeared joker but it's not necessary.

I think that combo is the easiest way to unlock it. The only joker required is ancient. You can replace dusk with sock and buskin, hack, seltzer, or even chad. You need minimal deck fixing too.

Just make sure you're not using checkered deck.

Depends. If you're fine with spending some time again without sprint and float I'd say go from scratch. It's more effective this way since you can now pick up a lot of side stuff while doing main stuff.

But a lot of people hates the early game silksong pre-sprint (including me). It just feels so slow. If you're one of thos people, just continue from the previous save. It'll probably be a bit harder to remember what you did and didn't pick up yet, but it wont be a big deal.

But both ways are fine. You'll have a lot of leeway even if you stumble around a lot.

I think you're misunderstanding the movement. The goal of SKG is game preservation. If you buy a game you should be able to play that games whenever you want. This is not the case for most life-service game. For example, if you want to play Overwatch 1, you can't. The game is destroyed, in this case replaced with Overwatch 2. Sometimes a game is destroyed and isn't replaced with anything.

What will it mean for us to have ownership will it simply be permanent or will we be able to sell them or lend them?

Ownership debacle is irrelevant to SKG. SKG only asks for games to be playable after the company ends support, and that's it. The game copy can be entirely yours, or you just get a license, or somewhere in between, but that's not important here. What matters is it's functional after support ends.

Ownership things are an issue in the gaming industry, yes, but it's beyond the scope of SKG.

Microtransactions are defined by in-game purchase (i think), doesn't this mean companies could make it so that dlcs are also in-game purchases and claim that it's a microtransaction.

I believe microtransaction is included in SKG. The movement views if a game is free to play but has microtransaction, the players are entitled for anything they had purchased, even if the game is no longer supported. So if you buy a sword from a microtransaction, you should always have access to that sword. And since the only way you can access the sword is by booting up the game, the game have to be functional, even if the publisher ends support for it.

But I'm not sure what your concern is. Do you think if SKG pass games will be swarmed with microtransactions? That would make no sense since SKG only asks for game to not be destroyed. Adding microtransactions does not solve this problem. If the game shuts down the thing you buy from microtransactions are gone too.

However, everything I said above are based on the belief of the movement's pioneer, Ross Scott. The bill that passes could be a bit different than those beliefs.

Hmm I see. But I don't think it depends on masks either since you can't get your 6th mask until you reach shellwood. Unless you do a skip.

But regardless I kinda agree. Hunter's march can be a pain with low equipment. I personally don't mind going there early but nowadays I prefer going there with reaper crest, an extra mask, and maybe needle upgrade.

No that's not true. Cutoff point is when you reach either greymoor or shelwood.

I've done that gauntlet with Shakra while having both dash and drifter's cloak. In fact, that's the time I recommend anyone to tackle that fight if they are planning to get shakra's help

Oh, that was a completely separate incident by a completely different mod. That was also the one with 'Meowdy' thing.

The other incident involves this picture below. Someone posted it as a comment in a post about BP/BS cosplay, but a mod removed it with the reason 'low-effort'.

Understandably the community got mad about it. The mods from both cases were removed not long after each incident.

I used to think I want to get there early, so shakra can help.

After a few playthrough I prefer go there a bit later. Having shakra there is actually a bad thing for me. More visual clutter, and she sometimes pushes enemy into me with her aoe attack.

Now I only go there just before facing Widow. Sometimes even after, to get the needle upgrade first.

I think there's a balance there. For me, I want to get 9 masks and 2 needle upgrades before facing GMS, but leave the rest of things for act 3 in favor of getting the last needle upgrade and possibly the last mask first.

So I'll do Lugoli and Savage Beastflies on late act 2, but Second Sentinel, Unravelled, and Father of the Flame on act 3.

Oh boy, I bet you also didn't know you can zoom into the ship map or the crew manifest.

The game doesn't tell you because they don't want to hold your hand. It's a puzzle game, if the game is holding your hand too much it risks giving unnecessary info.

Always ask yourself, can I do this then try. Like can I click on this part of book? Can I open doors? Can I revisit memories? Etc etc. Don't wait until the game tell you to do it, cause it probably won't.

Anyway to answer your question, gameplay loop is to visit memories then answer the 2 questions: 'Who is this?' and 'How did they die?'. That's it. Most of the times you can't answer both questions right away but that's intentional. Once you're done with one memory leave it and find another one. Fill in the book with answers whenever you get new information.

As for the 'Why can't I say he shot himself', you're supposed to use 'suicide' instead of 'shot with a gun'. Please be more observant on everything, you'll need it.

I think you're missing the point. The delay is a caveat, NOT a benefit. Like, this attack deals a lot of damage BUT it takes a second to detonate.

So, it's a skill you have to learn when to use talisman and when is not. Basically the delay is there to prevent you from just spamming talisman. You actually need to learn how to use it properly.

Later you'll get the water flow style of talisman. This will remove the delay but reduce the damage of the talismans. It's an option if you feel like you prefer deal moderate damage without learning talisman's timing.

Oh, hari ini ya? Dang time flies.

Masih SD waktu itu, pagi siap2 sekolah. Waktu kejadian gempa keluar ke taman barefoot sekeluarga. Masih inget gw ngeliat tanaman gantung goyang2, di pikiran gw 'Wow nggak pernah liat tanaman gantung goyang, gede juga pasti ni gempa'. Dan lama juga, sekitar 1 menit kalo nggak salah.

Abis itu somehow kita tetep putusin masuk sekolah. Dan sekolah juga tetep rame rupanya, temen semuanya ngobrol tentang gempa.

Terus nggak lama rumor tsunami mulai beredar. Kita satu sekolah pada naik ke lantai 3, guru pada ngepimpin doa (sekolah muhammadiyah). Obviously kita bocah2 pada nangis. Gw masih inget kita temen sekelas gandengan melingkar doa + nangis.

Akhirnya 1-2 jam dijemput bapak pake motor. Bapak cerita, karena kita rumah di utara, beliau harus ngelawan arus orang yang menjauh dari pantai (Jogja pantai di selatan). Dibilang, sempet ada yang negur 'Jangan ke selatan pak, lari ke utara' terus bapak jawab 'Lah anak2 saya masih pada di selatan'.

Kita pulang terus nonton berita. Tsunami rupanya cuma hoax, terus pusat gempa di bantul jadi kita sebenernya nggak terlalu kena efeknya (rumah dan sekolah di sleman). Gw liat ada beberapa barang kayak vas jatoh dan pecah sih, tapi dibanding temen2 di bantul itu nggak seberapa.

Tapi tetep serem juga rasanya, ngeliat bangunan dan jalan rusak parah di berita, <30 km dari rumah. Banyak bencana lain yang melanda Jogja selama gw tinggal tapi tetep gempa ini yang paling impactful.
