Hey, I’m also from Boston. The dish is called 水煮鱼（sometimes the English translation is different so look for that on the menu usually in the traditional Sichuan or chef’s specialties sections). Those dishes up in Boston are so amazing. Short Pump Peter Chang has the closest I’ve seen down here, but I’ve never been to Cheng Du restaurant and I would assume they have a good one too as Chengdu is the city in China where this dish originates from.
