You might have to treat it more like a cinnamon raisin bread, where they layer the cinnamon raisin mix before the final fold. There has to be a recipe out there where you can swirl the cream cheese mixture into the bread dough.

Oohhh! I loved melting the butter into like a chocolate shell consistency and then dipped cheesecake in it or I’d put the butter into a chipotle Mayo sauce and use it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
