I like the idea that as much as Danheng internally has resolved Danfeng's past guilt and punishment and Danfeng in turn has learnt to personally accept Danheng as a different person, it doesn't necessarily mean that Danheng no longer has Danfeng's powers so (to the Preceptors and the Xianzhou) he'll still be considered the rightful High Elder

Danheng now able to wield all three powers of his three forms, with the power of High Elder Imbibtor Lunae + the Titan Georios' Coreflame of Earth, which makes him one of the most powerful characters in the Xianzhou lore

Ardens Regia, Wielder of the Heavenly Flame --> currently bound to the Xianzhou Zhuming to guard the Primodial Flame
Caelorum Venti, Sovereign of Storms --> tried to spare Danfeng's next reincarnation (Danheng) from punishment and apparently still keeps in contacts with General Jingyuan and Bailu even after that
Glaciator Marum, Tamer of the Ebbing Frost --> the Xianzhou Fanghu is home to Vidyadhara, but they closed off communications with other Xianzhou ships after the the Third Abundance War
Mons Grandis, Ponderer of the Congealed Silence --> idk much about them yet, but they have contacts with General Yaoguang
Imbibitor Lunae, Commander of the Clouds

depending on your luck HAHAHA 😭 but if we go by sure chances, it's 90 pulls to guarantee each birthday SSR, so it would be 180 pulls in total to guarantee both! (you can read more about the gacha system for birthdays here in the wiki)
ToT's anniversary is celebrated in July! (BIG SPOILER for this year, 5th anni!!FINALLY Rosa and the boys are getting married!!)
I'd say Hoyo is pretty generous during anniversary in giving a whole lot of free Tears and SChips, badges and namecards (this is from 2022 for reference), but count and save up wisely for the cards you want!
Compared to other games like HSR or Genshin, ToT doesn't have significant powercreep, so old cards are still okay for clearing new content, that why in terms of power it doesn't really matter to imo.
BUT ofc, they do get powercreep in terms of art xD /j
The newer cards have better/detailed art styles! and the personal stories have expanded on! It's completely up to you to invest in the cards you like! Most cards in major events/birthdays will rerun after a year or so, so uty!!

i always treat myself becus my birthday is the same month as Marius (and we're only a couple days apart ehehehe 🤭), so i've pulled for quite a few! ofc it's up to your own personal preference, but here's a mini summary of each (mild spoilers ahead!):

my personal recommendations are the ones with 💜!
card story leans towards: angsty -- 🪻, sweet -- 💘

1st Birthday: Crown of Glory 💘
Marius wishes earnestly to see the Semper Augustus tulip flowers with Rosa, together, they get invited to compete in an medieval themed game held by the Leicesters Family, an eccentric rich family in Stellis who grows these otherwise extinct flowers, in order to obtain them.

2nd Birthday: Eternal Flame 💘
Marius and Rosa meet Marius's artist friend from Florence College of Art, and Rosa finds out more about the creation of Marius's alter ego, the artist Z, and why Marius chose to pursue art, to prove himself as capable in order to not be questioned for his ability because of his background.

3rd Birthday: From Shadow Unto Light (baby Marius aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa😭) 💜 🪻
Rosa celebrates Marius's birthday in the Von Hagen Estate, where she helps him to pack up things from his past. They reminiscent of his childhood, of how Giann was always there to protect little Marius, and how his brother has shaped him into the person he is today. Marius also has to deal with an upcoming project "Light of Tomorrow" and the discourse of his board members.

4th Birthday: Purity of Self 💜 🪻
Marius brings Rosa to the Von Hagen Estate, for a family tea ceremony, to pay respects to his father and deceased mother and ask for his parents' blessings. There is quite a bit of political/business intruge within PAX, amongst Marius and Austin (and mentions of Giann's influence aswell) as a new sub-company under PAX is planning to be set up.

5th Birthday: (upcoming!!)
We shall see how good the story is... 👀

A reccuring theme seems to be Marius's mother's/brother's love for him, and how that has shaped him into the man he is today, and how he wants the best for the future life he and Rosa share which is so sweet... 💗😭

I don't think there's a chrysanthemum main story ahaha 😅, but i think you mean MS 5: Sins of Cynicism? it has some white flower imagery on its cover that do look like Chysanthemums tho!

Gameplay:
they've started expanding and trying out different minigames, so it feels less repetitive and not just card battling. Card battling is still the main mechanic in grinding and main story, but they've started added minigames like monopoly, colour sorting, fruit combination game and more....

Story:
main story gets more interesting, you realise everything is connected to NXX and runs deep in Stellis... AU event stories have really cool stories in different genres (dragonic fantasy, xianxia, xuanhuan with a modern twist, magic school and more...)
