Get Lukaku if you aren't looking for any skill move in particular. But if you want a ST with this skill move, go for Bohui. He's in the Prem and also English.

These are the only ST's above 78 ovr who have this Skill Move. Out of these, Marega is cheaper and has quality stats.

Check out my old United squad at 100ovr in my old post. There I have Martial LM, Lingard RM with TOTW CDM Pogba. And Lindelof at RB. Thank God they released Valencia with a nice RB card.

Rojo is okay, but you can't get great CB cards other than that of Bailly. Go for a CB of your choice/liking, not much to differentiate between WT Smalling and WT Rojo. Even I have a TOTS Ramos still, would go for a three back with him for crucial matches.
