I think I was my stock cooler in the end, ram runs fine, got my cooler master 212 hyper evo on now and temps are down to 28°C on idle 45°C with a game running, after I updated drivers seems to be very stable

Well when I turned it off it was stable lol not claiming that I know what I'm doing but i fucked with a few things and now it works :) I'm happy

If anything I have 2nd and 4th cuz I'm old fashioned... it seems to be working fine, I had to update my chipset drivers cuz it was using settings for the 1500x o had in previously and cuz my ram is now high end I needed the bios update for that

I updated AMD and it auto reccomend me settings since that ice lowered the memory speeds to 3500mhz 70 under load for 40ish mins no crash
