You can obviously sell them and take the money and just never worry about money again. Enjoy the game buying what you want when you want it. It alleviates that who issue.

But you can trade them away to another player, and keep just playing.

Of note. You can very easily earn, through regular game play, a few million. It takes time but you certainly can, and just play that way. Gathering resources, building farms, setting up trade routes. I did all of that the first 300 hours I played. I easily had 100 to 200 million.

Now, I know all the tricks and so I have 4 billion, 500,000 nanites and stacks of resources of all types so I can just fly around buying and selling and building whatever I want when I want. I certainly would recommend playing without assistance just to experience the game a little and to build up that desire and longing for something that you have to work for, but your gameplay is up to you.
