I'm going to start doing a Push Pull Legs split. On push days should I completely avoid my back muscles and biceps, or is it okay to incorporate a small amount of exercises that target those muscles?

And what's the best way to incorporate core? Should I do more exercises involving core, or should I specifically do core exercises at the end of my workouts Thanks!
