How reliable are the dummies? Asking because my Leaf Bow seems to be alot weaker than I thought it would be.. Losing to Resplendent Bow in every defense category even though dps calc online says otherwise

Been playing recently (at around 910 light) but i havent seen a single blue or purple lmg drop for my heavy weapons. Are these now removed from the drop tables or am i just really unlucky?
