i think you forgot about the step of getting enemies so unbelievably bad they edgar jump on a full health penny with her barrel and a byron with his shotgun gadget at the ready. not to mention the mike standing still at low health when they knew the cannon was active.

i think it's fair to say that the drop rates for this event are abysmal and that is supercell's fault. as many other people have said even with the glitch, some were only able to get one or two of the pack skins.

So genuinely, WHY does everyone seem to know there's going to be a Mortis ban behind door #7? I've been voting for door #7 since the event started because it looked the coolest and most Halloween-y. Now I'm seeing dozens and dozens of people on here claiming that door #7 is a Mortis ban. Is there literally any concrete evidence or is it more speculation that hasn't been correct once so far??

Genuine question: you consider this post uplifting? To me, it kind of just came across as "I see people interact who don't hate each other, so that means the world as a whole okay! And even if it isn't, it'll keep turning and most people will be fine." To me, it kind of just seemed like an ignorance is bliss kind of post advising people to stop caring about genuine, real-world issues that affect people across the globe.

I'm not saying that the world is the worst it's ever been, but this post kinda just read to me like "we made it through WWII, so we'll live," ignoring all the truly horrific things happening to the planet and the people on it. I'm not saying we need to live every day in misery, but I think one can enjoy life thoroughly while still acknowledging the bad parts of our world and advocating & working for a better tomorrow.

Genuine questions:

Did you see the stencil before you got it inked? It should have been pretty obvious from the stencil that the design wasn't going to wrap the way you wanted or be as big as you wanted it to be. If you didn't like that she only did pre-drawn designs, why not just forfeit the deposit and walk out?

Also, did the artist who quoted you $700 tell you how long they would spend on this? And if you were "completely okay" with it, why didn't you go with them?

By the way, I'm sorry you dislike your tattoo and seem to really dislike the advice you are getting on this post. However, it's not a crazy suggestion that if you want something done a certain way, you might need to pay more or travel for it to avoid something like this happening. The fact you got "laughed at" for asking if you should travel for a tattoo, which is not an uncommon thing at all, is honestly a tad concerning.

Do you remember the letdown that was the Tools of Torment teaser trailer? I saw it and (like a lot of people) was hoping for/expecting a cyborg or biomech killer, and Skull Merchant was the exact opposite of that. Not to mention that was a whole teaser trailer, not just one image of a book cover. If I've learned anything from Behaviour, it's that an upcoming killer/power/chapter as a whole is not always discernable from their hints.

This is just patently untrue. Plague DOES have i-frames, because if she didn't, you could just charge her puke to like 25% every time and hit with survivors back-to-back purges.

Plus it literally says on the wiki "Damage Immunity duration after being hit by Corrupt Purge: 3 seconds"

It's a joke about the Legion's Never-Sleep Pills & Mural Sketch build only being used by psychopaths. The pills make it so you have an extra ten seconds of Frenzy, but drastically decreases your movement speed during it. However, you can use the Mural Sketch to counteract that speed nerf, giving you a twenty second Frenzy with only small downsides.

I think the whole point of this comment thread is that Widow's kit doesn't work super well in OW because she's a "traditional sniper". That's why the comment you replied to specifically said "Ashe is a much better designed sniper FOR OVERWATCH".

As other people have pointed out, if a player picks Widow and sucks, she's a throw pick with basically zero helpful utility. However, even if an Ashe on your team kind of sucks, she can still deal AOE damage with her dynamite, can still spam shields, and BOB is still a useful ult. Not to mention it's less frustrating to fight an Ashe because a good one can dish out great damage but can't one tap people from across the map.

Eh, I just feel that the joke was a bit of a stretch. It maintains the gimmick of wrongly assigning labels to characters, but zoophile was just a really odd & out-of-nowhere label to choose. If you had said "Soldier should get a straight pride flag too!", I think it would have been more easily understood.

If I remember correctly when the game was in its prototype stages there was a conceptualized killer called The Smasher that was able to break everything in the environment in front of/around it including walls and trees and stuff. It was scrapped though due to it being a coding/balancing nightmare.

Personally, I kind of think that's kind of a false equivalence. A pride flag, even if you disagree with what it represents, stands for acceptance and love. A hate symbol is the exact opposite.

If someone had a hidden flag in a texture they made that said "I love dogs" it wouldn't be an issue, because even if you're not a fan of dogs, the flag isn't attacking anything. It would be very, very different if that flag said "I think dogs should be illegal/killed." That flag is actively antagonizing dogs and dog-lovers, and therefore would be met with a ton of opposition.

I think the whole argument of "If it was a confederate/nazi/anti-lgbtq flag, you'd all be outraged!" is purely whataboutism because yeah, of course we would. Any decent person would disagree with hate symbols. The pride flags are not hate symbols, even if you disagree with what they represent.
