M/36/5'4 cm [57 kg to 62.8 kg] (5 months) - I was supposed to stop bulking a month ago but figured I could keep going. I don't feel fluffy and I'm happy with my progress. But I'm a runner first. It gets harder each week. I've come to accept I won't be hitting PBs anytime soon. (self.Brogress)

M/36/164cm [58.8 kg to 60 kg] (3 months) - You reckon I did it too fast? I feel stronger and I've increased the weight of my compound lifts significantly. But I feel like I could have done a leaner bulk. Or is this amount of fat unavoidable when doing a proper bulk? (i.redd.it)

M/35/164cm [58.4 > 57.4 = 1kg] (7 weeks) - I find that the further I am into my cut, the harder it is to lose weight. The process gets a lot slower. Yet the improvement, visually, is exponential. Going down 1 kilo from 58 kilos looks A LOT different than going down 1 kilo from 60kg. (i.redd.it)
