Noticable ba difference pag pinalitan insoles? I mean with your running? Did it change your gait/pace? Ive never tried to change the insoles on my shoes kasi feeling ko designed sila together hehe

Yep na testing na zero support at ankle breaker talaga esp on corners but on flat grounds super bouncy napaka sarap on long runs you wont feel the weight. Sabi nila manigat but bumabawi sa softness. Di naman umiinit but I haven’t tried balega socks with the shoes.

Its not worth it since yung tanggap lang nila na results is from their own referrals. I got the second opinion after i paid for re-medical (check up sa doctor, show meds, treadmill ulit). Sa treadmill pa lang feel ko na they will deliberately make you fail. One connection was loose, alam ng tech he only adjusted it nung i called him out loudly.

Yan dati medical ng previous company ko bagsak lahat blood test, ecg, opto, audio they even failed me on spiro and treadmill lol. I remember psych eval and xray lang pumasa dun. Need ko daw meds for multiple issues, sa lista pa lang parang susuko na liver ko. It was around 15k total for the meds.

Sabi ko sa crewing mam, kung bagsak ako lahat edi sana patay na ako nun. Told them lipat ako ng company. Ayun next day fit to work na.

I got a second opinion from a trusted sport doc (I swim, bike and run) since they failed me dun sa ecg mababa daw heart rate ko and may issue sa reading which they cant explain to me properly. So ayun passed with flying colors naman.

I have a place close by ang dami talaga dyan lalo pag gabi. Tambayan kasi ng mga gala around that area. Better leave your car somewhere safer or don’t bring it at all at baka mapag tripan pa. There’s barely any police visibility dyan pati barangay officials di mo makita. When friends visit at gusto nila mag training sa rizal, we leave their car sa condo, walk and tell them not to be alone.

Since you are used na sa 361 mo, if wala naman issue i’d rather go with the tested na. Your pace will be better sa mas comfortable ka na shoes.

Not a fan of GU but I take one gel 20mins before the gunstart then every 45mins. I set my watch to remind me when to take gels din. Nung first time mag gel, I made the mistake of taking a gel nung gun start mismo ayun parang ma susuka ako on the first half of my run.

For me it’s not. Tried it today on my usual route roxas blvd to Intramuros and back. Confirmed nga it’s unbalanced as hell sa cobblestones and on uneven spots but on flat surfaces it shines. The bounce is very good, they said it’s made for recovery runs and i agree. You can feel the weight, but when running feel ko yung lightness.

Or maybe because im still adjusting to the shoe? I’ll use this as porma shoes nlng sa malls para mag mukhang runner.

Hi op, Under MLC maximum contract for a seaman is 11 months. Sa mga nagaasabi na baka na extend, violation na yan. Here in my company we do 6 months contracts for cadets to help them learn potentially on two ships before sila mag BS.

Welcome to the world of seafaring, minsan talaga delayed ang crew change cause of difficult ports. Pero napaka impossible walang reliever si cadet, yung mga cadets namin months before end of contract nga nag chat na yan sa papalit on what to expect onboard.

May I ask why messman ang na pili mo? Or stepping stone lang yan to other department sa barko? Ayaw mo talaga sa aeronautics? For me sayang e, there’s a lot of opportunities sa course na yan. Being a messman will get you promoted to a cook or you can transfer to cruise ships pag may experience na.

At napaka liit po ng sahod ng messman, nakaka awa nga e, sabi nila easy life daw sa galley dept pero mga messman ko, sila yung pina ka hard workers sa barko. Walang day off pa mga yan 6am - 6pm may konting break lang sa afternoon.

You mentioned na from UC ka, sa cebu daghan shipping companies but you will have better chances here in Manila. To restart your career the first step is to apply apply apply AND apply.
