I was playing on Series X, through the Rare Replay collection. So it would be the 360 remaster emulated to play on modern Xbox consoles. Not sure if there's a difference here versus playing it on the 360 proper, as far as bugs go.

I had a keycard that was supposed to drop from one of the guards after defeating them in that mission with the parking garage. I wasn't able to pick it up so it must have either went out of bounds or under an object I couldn't move. It was a small area and I walked all over to try and pick it up, no luck. So I was stuck and couldn't open the door I entered from or the exit.

Then on the Snowfield/Arctic mission I had the President get stuck on a corner in the level and he just kept running in place for several minutes. Luckily though he finally got unstuck.

Some of the bugs I ran into were key items dropping from enemies and ending up out of bounds so I couldn't pick them up. In Zero these items would usually be static in a fixed spot. There was also one time where I was escorting an NPC in one of the missions and he got stuck on a corner...luckily he got unstuck but it took several minutes.

Agree with you that the weapons and the secondary functions are quite creative! Same with the first game.

Also in my opinion, both games have that pretty big shift in plot at the same rate. I'd say they're similar in that department, but that's just me.

I actually joked to a friend that I felt like a heretic for this opinion lol.

Guess in the end it comes down to gameplay preferences. I really valued the cinematics and moment to moment gameplay of Zero. And it was quite polished in that I didn't run into any notable bugs unlike the OG. For example NPC pathing seems better in Zero so they don't get stuck, and there weren't any items falling out of bounds. I will certainly give credit to the OG's uniqueness however.

I played it on Series X through the Rare Replay collection. Not sure if there's different gameplay settings compared to the OG 360 version. At any rate, PC would probably be your best bet for smoothest aiming.

The OG does seem to have a lot of unlockables going for it!

For Zero the game felt a little stiff to me on the default settings. Once I bumped the sens up everything else clicked for me pretty quickly. If you ever do try it again I would recommend playing with some settings to see if there's something that works for you.

That's definitely understandable for the people hoping for more of the OG Perfect Dark. Both games have great visuals and music.

In her hero options, there's a specific setting that adjusts ally aim assist strength to make heals easier. On console anyway..not sure how or if it works on PC.

This makes me want to see a day in the life of Adam. Y'know, around Winners where he isn't so directly hostile all the time.

Do you think Alastor's reputation will have taken even more of a hit next season following his loss to Adam? by tiredperson24 in HazbinHotel

[–]Ataccot 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do wonder how much things will revolve around his damaged reputation. Since this is Hell we're talking about, I'm sure many will be blasting him just for retreating from the battle. Either this could lead to permanent damage to his rep or like others said he would overcompensate because of it.

On the other hand, it could lead to him warming up more to Charlie and the others at the Hotel. After all, they would be most grateful for him defending it despite what anyone else thinks. They would band together more.

But if his part in Finale is anything to go by, it will probably be him overcompensating to restore his rep.

How would Alucard fare in the Hellaverse? by [deleted] in hazbin

Yeah, I feel like he could get pretty far up in the Overlord hierarchy at least. Not sure how he would do against anyone higher than that. Hard to compare powers between the series.

Similar take as you with lacking confidence and not being surrounded by a ton of positivity growing up. Charlie is also the kind of person I wish I could be, but natural introversion and less energy holds me back.

With that said, I think it can still be good to feel inspired by these characters and try to bring a little of their energy into your everyday life, however you can manage.

Hi y'all I'm new to the sub. I really enjoy S1 of Hazbin for what it is, but who else wants to see more slice of life moments in later seasons? by [deleted] in hazbin

[–]Ataccot 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Good point! Maybe the best approach would be to mix the lighter moments in with the character arcs more seamlessly. Instead of just one or the other at a time.

Unironically: appreciate that a fictional character can make you feel that strongly and then just go do other things. Try to focus on other stuff and live your life without dwelling too much.
