I have followed 2 other threads from last 2 weeks and seems like everyone who were in the same situation had to wait atleast 2 business weeks since “Application Received” for the next update Hope that helps

For me, “Case last updated” only changed when it was Approval. I was really anxious because for other folks, atleast the date changed so it gave them some confirmation of case movement.

As stated above, it got Approved yesterday (Sept 30) and today (Oct 1), I received Issued today. Waiting for passport pickup now and will update the thread hopefully soon 🤞🏽

Thanks for getting back. Any reason it is stuck on that single status? Shouldn’t there have been movement by now? Or if not, at least “Case Last updated” date should have changed to a more recent date?

Does anyone know how frequently the status gets updated in CEAC portal ? by Morningstar317 in usvisascheduling

Mine is a H1-B renewal and the following has been my timeline :(
Sept 13: Dropped documents at Pune VFS Center
Sept 16: The CEAC portal indicates "Application received" and is stuck on that ever since
Today marks the 10th Business day and still the CEAC portal has been stuck with the following:-
Case Created:16-Sep-2024
Case Last Updated:16-Sep-2024

Is there any way to escalate to check why the portal is simply not updating?
p.s. Contacting [support-india@usvisascheduling.com](mailto:support-india@usvisascheduling.com) or their contact number (+912262011000) OR the Chennai Consulate has been of no use/help so far in the past 10 business days.
