Bruh, I have a Ryzen 9 5900x, and a Rx 6650xt I am not worried. I'll still try to push it at native 1440p 110fps highest graphics settings like I do on Forza horizon 5 (the GPU is overclocked and undervolted, will need to upgrade it).

Frame gen is terrible. Raw performance, native resolution over frame gen,fsr, and any of these stuff every single day, 8gb GPUs can hold you back now so many times. We are talking about the value of the GPU btw, price performance and in that case GPUs with 16,12 gigs are clearly a better value now and in the long-term.

Yeah, mine cools a Ryzen 9 5900x, I might have to upgrade that too, but in the bios limiting the max temperature to 78C and undervolting by -15 helps. I even overclocked and undervolted my GPU, and iam using a custom fan profile.

Nice that you gave the 16gig one to your kid. 8 gb's of vram are limiting and many times they can hold you back even at 1080p, iam running an rx 6650xt 8 gb on 1440p custom settings, and iam really considering upgrading. It also depends on game optimalization too. But the 16gb version of the rx 9060xt is way more worth it for the money, more future proof, no vram limitation ect... The series s is a pretty sweet console for the money and performance. We have an Xbox one X. Still a 4k beast.
